Graeme E Sly Bsc (Hons) Degree, BSHAA MEMBER, HAD
Founder
Graeme is our Senior Audiologist and Founder of Micro Technology Ltd. Since qualifying as a Hearing Aid Audiologist in 2002, he has worked in the private hearing aid industry for over 20 years both here and in New Zealand.

Graeme has extensive experience in home visits, branch based practices and visiting day centres. He has experience in working with Public Private Partnerships (PPP) working with the NHS in reducing patient waiting times for hearing aid fittings.
He has an extensive knowledge of diagnostic hearing assessments and is a specialist in Real Ear Measurement (REM) hearing aid fitting validation. He is considered to be a specialist in hearing aid fitting and programming of the current digital hearing aid products.
In 2013, Graeme added to his academic qualifications. His degree in Hearing Science at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge included researching fitting strategies for single-sided deafness (SSD), tinnitus and advanced audiological hearing evaluation. Valli Sly BEd (Hons) Degree QUALIFIED HCA, BSHAA MEMBER
Valli is the co-director and a fully qualified Hearing Care Assistant. She qualified as a primary school teacher in 1996 after studying a four year BEd Hons Degree and spent twenty years in the profession teaching in local primary schools. During her teaching career she led the Literacy curriculum, coordinated the Maths curriculum and was School Assessment Leader.

In February 2017, she re-trained to join the Micro Technology Ltd team and her roles include micro suction ear wax removal, accounts, diary management, patient aftercare, advertising, staff incentives and business development.
Sonja Woolcock
Sonja joined the Micro Technology team in February 2019. She is usually the first point of call when you contact us and does an exceptional job of managing our diary. She goes out of her way to provide help and advice to our clients.
